 Todd Polk - Vice President As the Vice President of Southern Data Automation, Inc. (SDA) in Gadsden, Alabama, I provide the strategic and technical leadership that has fueled our growth since 1998. I began my career in IT in 1995, building foundational expertise as a PC technician before taking on a leadership role in 1997. My continuous tenure at SDA since 1998 gives me an extensive, longitudinal understanding of evolving IT infrastructure, complex business operations, and the critical intersection of technology and business continuity.
My core focus is enabling our clients to achieve security, compliance, and efficiency. I achieve this through the simplification of IT resource control, advanced systems security, application deployments, and CCTV surveillance systems. I prioritize informing customers on existing systems, ensuring they are aware of necessary upgrades, potential vulnerabilities, robust data backup and restore procedures, and comprehensive end-user acceptable use policies.
