As the Vice President of Southern Data Automation, Inc. (SDA) in Gadsden, Alabama, I provide the strategic and technical cybersecurity leadership that has fueled our growth since 1998. Beginning my IT career in 1995 as a PC technician, I transitioned into leadership in 1997. My continuous tenure at SDA gives me a longitudinal understanding of how modern cyber threats target evolving IT infrastructure, complex business operations, and the critical intersection of risk management and business continuity.

My core focus is securing our clients against sophisticated vulnerabilities through rigorous defense strategies, advanced systems security, application security deployments, and CCTV surveillance systems. I prioritize educating customers on existing systems, hardening network perimeters, establishing robust data backup and recovery procedures to combat ransomware, and enforcing comprehensive end-user acceptable use policies.
